Return Process

Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, mounts, and manuals to ensure eligibility for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
